Apostolos Pavlos is a municipality in the Imathia Prefecture, Greece. Its population is 8,579 was estimated in 2001. The seat of the municipality is in Makrochori. Imathia is one of the prefectures of Greece. It is located in the west-central part of Greek Macedonia Central Macedonia. The prefecture has two provinces. The prefecture is bounded with Pieria to the south, Kozani to the west, Pella to the north and Thessaloniki to the east. The capital city of Imathia is the city of Veria.
