Anixi
Europe is one of the five inhabited traditional continents of the Earth. Physically and geologically, Europe is the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia, west of Asia. Europe is bounded to the north by the Arctic Ocean, to the west by the Atlantic Ocean, to the south by the Mediterranean Sea. On the east, Europe is divided from Asia by the water divide of the Ural Mountains and by the Caspian Sea. Europe is the world's second-smallest continent in terms of area and third-largest continent after Asia and Africa in population.
Anixi meaning spring is a rather exclusive suburb in Attica, Greece just about 23 kilometers north of Athens. Anixi is almost purely residential, but there are a few shops. Drosia has strict building regulations to ensure the conservation of its character as a pleasant, green suburb. Anixi has few schools, lyceums, a few gymnasia, banks, churches, a post office and a few squares.
Anixi sits in the northern part of the Athenian plain and are between the Parnitha mountain and the mountain range to the east. Anixi is accessed with an interchange at the 21 kilometers near Varympompi 2 kilometers west and in the eastern part as well as Theseos Avenue forming a curve near the communal boundary with Stamata. The Cephissus River lies to the west. Anixi is located Southeast of Thiva, South of Euboea and Oropos, West of Marathon, Northeast of Kifissia and Notheast of the Attiki Odos.
Until the 1960s and the 1970s, farmlands cover the western part of Drosia which existed into the 1990s. Forests covers the central and much of Anixi. Most of the population are urban while until the 1960s and the 1970s were rural. Luxury houses arrived in Drosia and into the forested parts. Housing developments continues to this day. The street plan is mainly of mixed triangles and lines that run parallel not as a grid and some others and other varieties.
Anixi can also be considered as the preeminent, historical and potential tourism destination that enjoys a very positive reputation with worldwide travelers to become one of the most visited places.
