Arcos de Valdevez is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 447.6 square kilometer and a total population of 24,635 inhabitants. The municipality is composed of 51 parishes, and is located in the district of Viana do Castelo. The present Mayor is Francisco Rodrigues de Araujo, elected by the Social Democratic Party.
