Harryda Municipality is a Municipality in Vastra Gotaland County, in western Sweden. The largest town, and seat of the municipality, is Molnlycke with 13,000 inhabitants. It situated near the town of Landvetter is Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport, one of Sweden's largest airports. According to the 2005 census, population was 31,676, density 118 per square kilometers, and area 268 square kilometers. Harryda Municipality borders clockwise to the municipalities of Lerum, Bollebygd, Mark, Molndal, peripheral to Gothenburg, and Partille.
 
Vastra Gotaland County is a County or län on the western coast of Sweden. Its core is the historical province of Vastergotland, but it also includes the historical provinces of Dalsland and Bohuslan.
