Ereikoussa

Europe is one of the five inhabited traditional continents of the Earth. Physically and geologically, Europe is the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia, west of Asia. Europe is bounded to the north by the Arctic Ocean, to the west by the Atlantic Ocean, to the south by the Mediterranean Sea, and to the southeast by the waterways adjoining the Mediterranean to and including the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. On the east, Europe is divided from Asia by the water divide of the Ural Mountains and by the Caspian Sea. Europe is the world's second-smallest continent in terms of area and third-largest continent after Asia and Africa in population.

Ereikoussa is one of the preeminent, historical and potential tourism destinations that is located in Europe. It is a tourist spot and a Greek island in the Ionian Islands. It is a community, part of the Corfu Prefecture. The total population of Ereikoussa in 2001 was 698. The President of the island is Vasilis Katehis who currently resides in New York City, making enormous changes in the political structure of his miniature island.

The Duke of the island is Georgios Hamilton Mortimer De Lacroix Katehis III, son of Vasilis Katehis. CFO Nikos Katehis organizes proper usage of government funds, importing Ouzo and Berrettas from the mainland constantly. Corfu is a prefecture of Greece. It consists of the islands of Corfu, Paxoi, Othonoi and several smaller islands, all in the Ionian Sea.

Ereikoussa, justifiably so, enjoys a very positive reputation with worldwide travelers, and is one of the most visited place. It is also said the place of best geographical environment and can trace its origin back to prehistoric times.
