Korthio

Europe is one of the five inhabited traditional continents of the Earth. Physically and geologically, Europe is the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia, west of Asia. Europe is bounded to the north by the Arctic Ocean, to the west by the Atlantic Ocean, to the south by the Mediterranean Sea, and to the southeast by the waterways adjoining the Mediterranean to and including the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. On the east, Europe is divided from Asia by the water divide of the Ural Mountains and by the Caspian Sea. Europe is the world's second-smallest continent in terms of area and third-largest continent after Asia and Africa in population.

Korthio is a municipality on the island of Andros in the Cyclades in Greece. The population was 2,547 according to 2001 census. Andros or Andro, is an island of the Greek archipelago, the most northernly of the Cyclades, approximately 10 kilometers to the south east of Euboea, and about 3 kilometers to the north of Tinos. It is nearly 40 kilometers long and its greatest breadth is 16 kilometers. Its surface is mountainous, with many fruitful and well watered valleys.

The Cyclades are a Greek island group in the Aegean Sea, to the south east of the mainland of Greece and an administrative prefecture of Greece. They are one of the island groups which constitute the Aegean archipelago. The name refers to the islands around the sacred island of Delos. Korthio is surrounded by various mountains and valleys. The climatic conditions are also favorable. As it is often regarded as among the most beautiful parts of Europe, it is one of the most visited places amongst the most die hard travelers the world over.
