Corinth

Europe is one of the five inhabited traditional continents of the Earth. Physically and geologically, Europe is the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia, west of Asia. Europe is bounded to the north by the Arctic Ocean, to the west by the Atlantic Ocean, to the south by the Mediterranean Sea, and to the southeast by the waterways adjoining the Mediterranean to and including the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. On the east, Europe is divided from Asia by the water divide of the Ural Mountains and by the Caspian Sea. Europe is the world's second-smallest continent in terms of area and third-largest continent after Asia and Africa in population.

Corinth is a Greek city-state, on the Isthmus of Corinth, the narrow stretch of land that joins the Peloponnesus to the mainland of Greece.  To the west of the isthmus lies the Gulf of Corinth, to the east lies the Saronic Gulf. Corinth is about 48 miles southwest of Athens. Corinth is also the capital of the region of Corinthia. The city was founded in the Neolithic Age, circa 6000 before Christ. The city is the terminal point of a newly-built ultra-modern electric railway line to the Athens metropolitan area. The city is also a major road hub being the entry point to the Peloponnesian peninsula, the southernmost area of continental Greece.

Greece, officially the Hellenic Republic, is a country in south-eastern Europe, situated on the southern end of the Balkan Peninsula. It is bordered by Bulgaria, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Albania to the north and by Turkey to the east. The Aegean Sea lies to the east of mainland Greece while the Ionian Sea lies to the west. Both parts of the eastern Mediterranean basin feature a vast number of islands.

Corinth is the kind of town you daydream about. It is a city with endless recreational opportunities, rich history, and modern day luxuries.
