Kosmas is a community in Arcadia, Greece. Population of Kosmas in the year 2001was 591. Arcadiais a region of Greece which is situated in the Peloponnesus. Its name is originated from the mythological character Arcas. Arcadia was home of the temples of Zeus and Hera, and was also the location of the Olympic Stadium, where the Olympic Games were held in Classical times. Greece is a country in the south eastern of Europe, situated on the southern end of the Balkan Peninsula. It is bordered by Bulgaria, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Albania to the north and by Turkey to the east. As it is often regarded as among the most beautiful parts of Europe, it is one of the most visited places amongst the most die hard travelers the world over.
