Tidaholm is a municipality in Vastra Gotaland County, in western Sweden. The municipality covers an area of 521.4 square kilometers and is located on the banks of the river Tidan. Of the total population of 12694 in that 6342 are male and 6352 are female. The population density of the community is 24 inhabitants per square kilometers.

Tidaholm is also known as the town of best geographical environment and has traced its origins back to prehistoric times. Today, one can also learn about its history, from its earliest times and can also enjoy its natural beauty concealed by the beautiful landscapes.
