Waremme

The economy is based on the cultivation of cereals and sugar beet and on the food industry. In 2006, the population of the city was 14,050 and an area 31.04 square kilometers.
Wallonia is the predominantly French-speaking region that constitutes one of the three federal regions of Belgium, with its capital at Namur. Its official languages are French and German. Namur is a province of Wallonia, one of the three regions of Belgium. It borders on the Walloon provinces of Hainaut, Walloon Brabant, Liege and Luxembourg in Belgium and on France. Its capital is the city of Namur.
