Aliveri
Europe is one of the five inhabited traditional continents of the Earth. Physically and geologically, Europe is the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia, west of Asia. Europe is bounded to the north by the Arctic Ocean, to the west by the Atlantic Ocean, to the south by the Mediterranean Sea, and to the southeast by the waterways adjoining the Mediterranean to and including the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. On the east, Europe is divided from Asia by the water divide of the Ural Mountains and by the Caspian Sea. Europe is the world's second-smallest continent in terms of area and third-largest continent after Asia and Africa in population.
Aliveri is a town in the Greek prefecture and island of Euboea, it is also a suburb of Athens. It is part of the municipality Taminaioi. Aliveri is linked with the GR-44. Aliveri also lies with the South Euboic Gulf. Aliveri is located east of Chalkida, south of Cyme and north-north west of Karystos as well as north-north east of Athens.
Businesses, some tourism and agriculture are the most popular industry in Aliveri. The most famous industry is lignite where it has produced electricity from a power plant since 1955. Mining is also the main industry of town which includes marble, the local Grey of Aliveri and also quartzite, travertine are also mined here. Aliveri has a few schools, a few lyceums or middle schools, gymnasia, churches, a post office, a beach, a port and a few squares.

It is bordered by Bulgaria, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Albania to the north and by Turkey to the east.
