Dotsiko

Europe is one of the five inhabited traditional continents of the Earth. Physically and geologically, Europe is the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia, west of Asia. Europe is bounded to the north by the Arctic Ocean, to the west by the Atlantic Ocean, to the south by the Mediterranean Sea, and to the southeast by the waterways adjoining the Mediterranean to and including the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. On the east, Europe is divided from Asia by the water divide of the Ural Mountains and by the Caspian Sea. Europe is the world's second-smallest continent in terms of area and third-largest continent after Asia and Africa in population.

Dotsiko is a community in the Grevena Prefecture, Greece. The community had a population of 187 in 2001. Grevena is a prefecture in Greece. Its capital is the city of Grevena. Much of the prefecture is mountainous. Grevena is one of the least populated prefectures in Greece. It was created in 1967 out of the old Grevena-Kozani prefecture in which the capital was Kozani.

Grevena has no provinces. It is bounded with the prefectures of Ioannina to the west, Kastoria to the northwest, Kozani to the north and east, Larissa to the southeast and Trikala to the south. Greece is a country in south-eastern Europe, situated on the southern end of the Balkan peninsula. It is bordered by Bulgaria, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Albania to the north and by Turkey to the east.

The industrial development in this municipality has been a determining factor for its economic growth and population and although the industry is losing force in the last decades, the might of the sector services continues attracting new inhabitants in the city.
