East Zagori is a municipality in the Ioannina Prefecture, Greece. Its Population in the year of 2001 was 2,402. The seat of the municipality is in Miliotades. Ioannina is a prefecture of Greece, part of the north-western periphery of Epirus. Greece is a country in south-eastern Europe, situated on the southern end of the Balkan Peninsula. It is bordered by Bulgaria, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Albania to the north and by Turkey to the east.
