Ellomenos, also known as Elomenos in Europe is a municipality on the island of Lefkada, Greece. Its population was 3,352 as of 2001. The seat of the municipality is in Nydri. Nydri is famous for its hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, taverns and more, it does not feature any Chinese or Indian features.
 
Lefkada, or Leucas is a Greek island in the Ionian Sea, connected to the mainland by a long causeway and floating bridge, as well as the island's capital city. The city of Lefkada, is at the north of the island, approximately 20 minutes by automobile away from Preveza Airport. Lefkada town has a pedestrianised main street, a marina, and bus access to Athens.

Ellomenos is also said to be as the municipality of best geographical environment and can trace its origins back to prehistoric times. Today, one can also learn about its history, from its earliest times and pursue enthusiasm in its natural beauty and populace.
