Katrineholm municipality is a municipality in Sodermanland County which is in central Sweden. The name Katrineholm came from a ducal residence, after Catherina Gyllenhorn who lived there. The Kingdom of Sweden  is a Nordic country in Scandinavia. The country has large natural resources of water, timber and iron ore. The citizens enjoy a high standard of living in a country that is generally perceived as modern and liberal. Sodermanland County or Sodermanlands lan is a County or lan on the south east coast of Sweden. The total area is 1,025 square kilometer with the population of 32,258 inhabitants and density being 31.5 per square kilometer.
