Koroni




Europe is one of the five inhabited traditional continents of the Earth. Physically and geologically, Europe is the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia, west of Asia. Europe is bounded to the north by the Arctic Ocean, to the west by the Atlantic Ocean, to the south by the Mediterranean Sea, and to the southeast by the waterways adjoining the Mediterranean to and including the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. On the east, Europe is divided from Asia by the water divide of the Ural Mountains and by the Caspian Sea. Europe is the world's second smallest continent in terms of area and third largest continent after Asia and Africa in population.

Koroni is a municipality in Messenia in Greece. The population was 5,067 according to 2001 census. It was known with the name Coron by the Venetians. Messenia is a prefecture in the Peloponnese, a region of Greece. Messenia is bounded on the east by Mount Taygetus, on the north by the river Neda and the Arcadian Mountains, on the south and west by the sea. The most important part of Messenia is the great plain, consisting of two distinct portions, watered by the river Pamisus and its affluents.

Italian Serenissima Republica di Venezia was a Venetian city state originating from the city of Venice in Northeastern Italy. It existed from the 8th century until the 18th century in 1797. It is often referred to as the Serenissima, which is Latin for its title Most Serene.

Koroni is a good place to visit. It has a good climate along with a touch of beauty. As it is often regarded as among the most beautiful parts of Europe, it is one of the most visited places amongst the most die hard travelers the world over.
