Malakasa

Europe is one of the five inhabited traditional continents of the Earth. Physically and geologically, Europe is the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia, west of Asia. Europe is bounded to the north by the Arctic Ocean, to the west by the Atlantic Ocean, to the south by the Mediterranean Sea, and to the southeast by the waterways adjoining the Mediterranean to and including the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. On the east, Europe is divided from Asia by the water divide of the Ural Mountains and by the Caspian Sea. Europe is the world's second-smallest continent in terms of area and third-largest continent after Asia and Africa in population.

Malakasa is a Greek community of Attica in Greece. It is also a suburb of Athens. Malakasa is linked with the Malakasa-Schimatari road and has an interchange with GR-1/E75 to the west. Malakasa is also linked with GR-79 and roads to Agios Merkourios and Markopoulo Oropou.

The area around Malakasa has farmlands in the valley areas while mountaisn with grasses and bushes lies to the north, Mount Parnitha lies to the south and are forested. Several residential streets with a few homes lie south of Malakasa. The highest point is the Parnitha Mountain which is 1,413 meter and lies to the southeast and can also be seen. Malakasa is located north of Athens and GR-1/E75, east of Thiva and east of Avlona. Businesses are the most popular industry in Malakasa, agriculture dominates the farmlands. Adventure Park is now an attraction of Malakassa and Athens.

Malakasa has a few schools and few lyceums or middle schools, a few gymnasia or high schools, churches, a train station with the OSE line linking Athens and Thessaloniki, a post office and a few squares. Its nearest beach is in Nea Palatia northward. The slow pace of life and the welcoming nature of its people all combine to make this region one of the most important touristic attractions in Europe.
