Gargalianoi

It is located south of Pyrgos, Kyparissia and 15 kilometers south of Filiatra, north of Pylos and Methoni and west of Kalamata and Messene. Its neighboring villages are Pyrgos to the east, Valita to the north and Marathopolis to the west. It is also a municipality with the seat being this town. The total area is of 122.7 square kilometers with total population of 9,083 and population density of 74 per square kilometers.
