Overtornea
Europe is one of the five inhabited traditional continents of the Earth. Physically and geologically, Europe is the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia, west of Asia. Europe is bounded to the north by the Arctic Ocean, to the west by the Atlantic Ocean, to the south by the Mediterranean Sea, and to the southeast by the waterways adjoining the Mediterranean to and including the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. Overtornea is a Swedish municipality in Norrbotten County, in northern Sweden. Its seat is in the small town Overtornea, with around 2,000 inhabitants located at the shore of the Tornio river, opposite to Ylitornio. Until the border between Sweden and Finland was drawn at the Torne River in 1809, the two villages on separate sides on the river were one. The total area is 2,381 square kilometers with population of 5,244 and density is 2.2 per square kilometers.
The Kingdom of Sweden is a Nordic country in Scandinavia. It is bordered by Norway in the west, Finland in the northeast, the Skagerrak Strait and the Kattegat Strait in the southwest, and the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Bothnia in the east. It is connected to Denmark in the southwest by the Oresund Bridge.
