Thuin

Thuin is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Hainaut. The Thuin municipality includes the old communes of Leers et Fosteau, Biesme sous Thuin, Ragnies, Biercee, Gozee, Donstiennes, and Thuillies. The population of the Thuin municipality was 14,625 in the year 2006 with an area of 76.17 square kilometers. And it’s population density was 192 per square kilometers.

Thuin is also known as the town of best geographical environment and has traced its origins back to prehistoric times. Today, one can also learn about its history, from its earliest times and can also enjoy its natural beauty concealed by the beautiful landscapes.
