Ekali, Ioannina

Ekali is an exclusive tourist destination located in Europe. It is a municipality in the Ioannina Prefecture of Greece and has a total population of 1,977 inhabitants as of the 2001 census. The seat of the municipality is in Metamorfosi. Ioannina is a prefecture of Greece, part of the north-western periphery of Epirus. It is the largest prefecture in Epirus, covering almost half of Epirus.
Like some of its sister cities and towns in Ioannina, Ekali is blessed with beautiful surroundings and a unique natural setting. The picturesque scenery, the majesty of the mountains, the slow pace of life, and the welcoming nature of its people all combine to make this region one of the most important touristic attractions in Europe.
