Chester

Europe is one of the five inhabited traditional continents of the Earth. Physically and geologically, Europe is the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia, west of Asia. Europe is bounded to the north by the Arctic Ocean, to the west by the Atlantic Ocean, to the south by the Mediterranean Sea, and to the southeast by the waterways adjoining the Mediterranean to and including the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. On the east, Europe is divided from Asia by the water divide of the Ural Mountains and by the Caspian Sea. Europe is the world's second-smallest continent in terms of area and third-largest continent after Asia and Africa in population.

Chester is the county town of Cheshire, England. It is located on the River Dee, close to the border with Wales, and is one of the best-preserved walled cities in the country. It is the main settlement in the City of Chester local government district. The adjective associated with the city is Cestrian. According to the 2001 poll the population of the Chester urban area was 90,925 of whom 80,121 were identified as living in Chester and the rest in Broughton or Saltney.

The city is a popular shopping centre, with its unique Rows or galleries which date from medieval times. The city is heavily populated by chain stores both in the centre and on retail parks to the west and also features two indoor shopping centers and a department store.

A city known for its historic myths and traditions, scenic beauty, cooperative people and luxurious hotels and cottages, Chester is one of the favorite holiday destinations for most of the vacation lovers.
