Nea Smyrni

Nea Smyrni is a suburb south of Athens, Greece. Nea Smyrni is located about 5 kilometers southwest of downtown Athens, about 5 kilometers southwest of Kifissias Avenue, west of Vouliagmenis Avenue, about 6 kilometers east of Piraeus, and north east of Poseidonos Avenue. It had population of 73,986 was recorded in 2001. The total area is of 3.52 square kilometers with population density of 20,995 per square kilometers inhabitants.
Nea Smyrni is also known as the town of best geographical environment and has traced its origins back to prehistoric times. Today, one can also learn about its history, from its earliest times and can also enjoy its natural beauty concealed by the beautiful landscapes.
