Setubal is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 172.0 square kilometer and a total population of 118,696 inhabitants.The municipality is composed of 8 parishes and is located in the district of Setubal. The present Mayor is Maria das Dores Meira, chosen by the Unitarian Democratic Coalition. The municipal holiday is on September 15. The total area is 171.9 square kilometer. The population is of 120,117 inhabitants and the density is 699 per square kilometer. The city's main sports club is Vitoria de Setubal, established on November 20, 1910.
