Ampelakia

Europe is one of the five inhabited traditional continents of the Earth. Physically and geologically, Europe is the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia, west of Asia. Europe is bounded to the north by the Arctic Ocean, to the west by the Atlantic Ocean, to the south by the Mediterranean Sea, and to the southeast by the waterways adjoining the Mediterranean to and including the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. On the east, Europe is divided from Asia by the water divide of the Ural Mountains and by the Caspian Sea. Europe is the world's second-smallest continent in terms of area and third-largest continent after Asia and Africa in population.

Ambelakia is the capital city of the second municipality of Salamis, Greece and is located in the southeastern part of Greece. In 2001, the population of the city was 7,060. There are also churches which date back to the 16th century, for example the churches of St. John and St. Peter. Ampelakia has a school, a lyceum, a gymnasium, a church, a post office, a port, banks, and a square. Much of the area is made up of rocky landscapes with a few bushes, while some farmalds lie within the sea. The rest of the area is made up of residential areas.

Today, one can also learn about its history, from its earliest times and gain enthusiasm in its natural beauty and populace. Ambelakia enjoys a very positive reputation with worldwide travelers. A city known for its historic myths and traditions, scenic beauty, cooperative people and luxurious hotels and cottages, Ambelakia is one of the favorite holiday destinations for most of the vacation lovers.
